Clay Brick Kiln Cart Dragger Machine / Hydraulic Pusher
This equipment is specially used in the firing section of tunnel kilns.
It adopts hydraulic cylinder driving to push kiln cars loaded with dried bricks into the kiln.
The machine features stable operation, rapid stopping and high working reliability.
It can push kiln cars onto different tracks and automatically pull kiln cars to the ferry cart.
With flexible operation, low energy consumption and high working efficiency, it is an essential auxiliary device in the brick making industry.
Single-cylinder and double-cylinder configurations are both available for customization according to customer actual demands.

Hydraulic Stepper
The hydraulic stepper is core equipment for the drying and firing processes in brick production, mainly used to push kiln cars into the dryer for drying and into the tunnel kiln for firing.
It consists of a hydraulic system, pushing mechanism and equipment frame.
Driven by a motor oil pump, the hydraulic system circulates hydraulic oil from the oil tank through the oil pump and reversing valve into the hydraulic cylinder.
By adjusting the directional valve, the hydraulic circuit drives the piston rod to perform reciprocating motion, which further drives the pushing mechanism to move back and forth, realizing the automatic pushing of kiln cars.
This equipment integrates the advantages of chain drive and hydraulic drive, enabling fast and precise mechanical positioning of kiln cars.
Adopting an advanced speed regulation design, its kiln car transposition speed is twice that of conventional stepping machines.
Commonly installed in the kiln car storage area and unloading line, the hydraulic stepper advances kiln cars at a fixed step length, accurately moving them to designated positions for yard arrangement and unloading operations.

Ferry Cart
The ferry cart serves as the transfer and reversing equipment connecting the forming section and firing section of the brick and tile production line. It features strong traction and powerful pushing performance.
The cart can travel rapidly and then stop and position accurately for seamless docking.
It adopts frequency conversion speed regulation: it runs slowly with full load while returning empty at a fast speed.
Equipped with a brake motor, it runs steadily along the track with smooth operation and long service life. A clutch-type winch is fitted to effectively prevent brick stacks from falling and reduce manual workload.
The control cabinet supports optional frequency conversion control, realizing heavy-load low-speed travel and empty-car fast return to greatly improve overall conveying efficiency.
It adopts hydraulic positioning to automatically align the tracks, effectively avoiding shaking and ensuring stable and safe transfer of kiln cars onto the ferry cart.
